Important: A visit / inspection charge is applicable on all service calls. This charge is non-refundable once the technician arrives at the site.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any service provided by Dnyan Techno. These terms govern your use of our services and form a legal agreement between you (the customer) and Dnyan Techno.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using any service provided by Dnyan Techno, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all service bookings made via WhatsApp, phone call, or any other communication channel.
2. Visit / Inspection Charge
A nominal visit and inspection charge is applicable for all on-site service calls. This charge covers the travel and initial diagnosis by our technician. The exact visit charge will be communicated to the customer before the technician is dispatched. The visit charge is payable regardless of whether the customer proceeds with the repair or service after inspection. The visit charge is non-refundable once the technician has arrived at the site.
3. Service Booking
All bookings are made via WhatsApp (+91 98906 28270) or phone call. Booking confirmation is subject to technician availability. Dnyan Techno reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the customer. Same-day service is subject to availability and is not guaranteed for all areas.
4. Pricing & Payment
All service charges will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins. Pricing is based on the nature and complexity of the job. Additional charges may apply if extra parts, materials, or labour are required beyond initial scope. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and UPI payments. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Service Guarantee & Warranty
Dnyan Techno provides a 30-day workmanship warranty on all completed electrical and IT services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, or third-party interference. Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of service completion. Replacement parts and components carry the manufacturer warranty and are not covered under our workmanship warranty.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the work area for our technicians. Customers must provide accurate information about the issue to enable proper diagnosis. Customers are responsible for informing Dnyan Techno of any pre-existing conditions, hazards, or building restrictions before service. Dnyan Techno is not liable for damages arising from withheld or incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dnyan Techno is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration of old wiring, or components beyond their service life.
8. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel a booking at any time before the technician departs for the site without charge. If cancellation is made after the technician has departed, the visit charge will still be applicable. Dnyan Techno reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in case of emergencies, weather conditions, or technician unavailability, with prior notice.
9. Scope of Services
Dnyan Techno provides electrical services, AC & appliance repair, building electrical work, hospital electrical systems, server setup & repair, CCTV installation, and related IT services. We do not provide medical, nursing, or healthcare services. All services are for electrical, technical, and IT infrastructure only.
10. Safety & Compliance
All work is carried out in compliance with applicable Indian electrical safety standards (IS codes). Our technicians are trained and follow safety protocols at all times. Customers must not tamper with or attempt to modify any work completed by Dnyan Techno during the warranty period. Dnyan Techno is not responsible for damages resulting from customer tampering.
11. Privacy
Dnyan Techno collects basic customer information (name, contact number, address) solely for the purpose of providing services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your contact details may be used to follow up on service quality or share relevant service offers.
12. Changes to Terms
Dnyan Techno reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
